      Our dahlia tuber sale is a PRESALE, which means that although you purchase your tubers now, they will not ship immediately.

      Orders will be shipped by region, in the order they are received, and depending on weather conditions. We aim to send packages from mid-April or when the weather allows us to send safely. Weather is a factor completely out of our control, and we will do our best to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible.

      Lost Packages or Wrong Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address or orders returned due to an incorrect mailing address. Additional shipping charges will be required for orders returned to us with an incorrect mailing address. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact Canada Post or UPS directly to open a ticket/file a claim if your package is lost in the mail. We will not be able to track lost packages for you. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly when placing your order as this is the only way we can communicate with you regarding your order.

      A 25% restocking fee will be charged for canceled orders.
      Pick-up from the farm

      This year only, we’re offering the option to pick up your tubers directly at Au Beau Pré. By choosing this option, you’ll enjoy a 25% discount, which will be applied upon collection of your order.

      Pickup Dates:

      • November 23 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
      • Or by appointment if you cannot come on that date

      Conditions:

      • If you select the pickup option but do not come to collect your order, shipping fees will be added along with a $5 handling fee.
      Return, cancellation and refund

      We have chosen and sent your tubers carefully. We guarantee that all tubers we send have at least one viable bud (eye) and are in good condition for planting. Depending on the variety, the tubers can have a different size and appearance. We cannot be responsible for tubers once they have been stored or planted by customers. It is still important to check if you have non-viable tubers (broken, rotten or shriveled) when you receive your package.

      If this is the case, you have 24 hours following receipt of your package to contact us to take advantage of our credit or exchange guarantee. Send an email to info@aubeaupre.com with a description of the problem and photos of your tubers.

      Order cancellation
       For any canceled orders, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. These fees are intended to offset the costs associated with managing and processing cancellations, as well as to ensure the continuity of our services. We thank you for your understanding in this regard. All tuber orders are final after March 31, 2024.

      Refund
      We are determined to ensure customer satisfaction. Thus, in the event of non-viable tubers, poorly identified tubers or if our inventory is no longer sufficient, we will offer gift cards of a value equivalent to the product.
