Conditions of sale

• Orders are accepted until May 1, 2024.
• Orders will be fulfilled in the order received.
• No shipment will be made before receipt of the total purchase amount.
• We will send you a confirmation email. No letter in the mail.
• All orders must be paid by credit card. No reservation of tubers will be made without receipt of the full purchase amount.
• No minimum purchase is required, however you should realize that the cost of delivering 1 or 9 tubers is the same.
• Any personal information entered for ordering purposes remains confidential and will not be sold or shared for commercial or other purposes.
• All the photos of dahlias on the site are the fruit of our production.
• We will not do any combination ordering.
• All refunds will be in the form of a gift card

Domestic Orders (Canada)

• Orders will be shipped from mid-April or depending on weather conditions.
• All shipping requests before mid-April will be made at the requester's risk.
• Shipments will be made via regular Canada Post or UPS service. If you want a different service or a different shipper, you will have to assume the additional costs, if applicable.

American and International Orders

• American orders will be shipped from the end of April or depending on weather conditions.
• Shipments will be made via regular USPS service. If you want a different service or a different shipper, you will have to assume the additional costs, if applicable.
  
• We will not send tubers to the International in 2024.
